Orders will be processed within one businesses day. Next day air shipment orders should be placed before 12:30 p.m. PT. Proof of delivery may be requested within 60 days of the invoice date.

For reoccurring orders, we offer advanced yearly ordering. This service is free to you, and we can arrange deliveries to meet the needs of your office. Contact your sales representative or our customer service department to learn more about the advantages of advanced ordering.

Items cannot be returned for credit or exchange without prior written authorization, and orders requiring refrigeration (antigens, etc.) cannot be returned. Shipping errors must be reported to our customer service department within seven days of receipt of merchandise. Contact us for detailed information on our product return policy.

Our expiration dates comply with all regulatory guidelines, and we will provide you with the best possible dating on the extracts you purchase. If you have any questions about our expiration dates, contact your sales representative or our customer service department.

There are no warranties beyond the statement on the directions accompanying the products listed in our catalog. Product instruction sheets with warranty information are available on our website or you can request a copy from our customer service department.
