Order and Return Policy

Orders are processed within one business day. Due to temperature requirements, extracts are shipped Monday through Thursday. Next day shipment orders should be placed before 12:30 pm PST. Proof of delivery may be requested within 60 days of the invoice date. Our recurring advanced ordering service is both convenient and free of charge for you. We can arrange deliveries that cater to your office’s specific needs.

Items cannot be returned without prior written authorization. Orders requiring refrigeration cannot be returned. Shipping errors must be reported to our customer service team, within seven days of receipt of merchandise.

Can I request a return for incorrectly ordered items?

Items cannot be returned without prior written authorization. Orders requiring refrigeration (antigens, etc.) cannot be returned. Shipping errors must be reported to our customer service team within seven days of receipt of merchandise.
